Do you take projects outside Berrien County?

Sometimes, depending on the scope and the drive. Reach out with your location and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right builder for the job.

What types of projects do you take on?

Custom new homes, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, and whole-home renovations. We also provide ongoing property management support for second homes.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Earlier is better. Because we intentionally run a limited number of projects at a time, custom homes are typically scheduled several months out. Talking early also means budget and site issues surface before you are committed.
