Most of our custom homes take 10 to 14 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size, finish level, and weather. We provide a detailed build schedule before construction begins and update you throughout.
Do I need to own land before we get started?
Not necessarily. We can help you evaluate lots and work with local real estate contacts to find the right site — or we're happy to build on land you already own.
Can I make changes to the design once construction has started?
Minor changes are possible early in the process, but significant changes after framing begins can affect timeline and cost. We work through selections and decisions upfront to minimize surprises.
Do you offer financing options?
We can connect clients with local lenders experienced in construction and remodel financing, though final approval is between you and the lender.
What's included in a Pantelleria Construction build?
Every home includes site preparation, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical systems, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finish work. We coordinate all trades so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
Do you handle permitting?
