How long does a typical kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

Most bathroom remodels take 4 to 8 weeks and most kitchen remodels take 8 to 14 weeks once demolition begins, depending on scope, custom cabinetry lead times, and material selections. We provide a detailed schedule before work starts.

Can we live in our home during the remodel?

Yes, in most cases. We dust-protect work areas, keep job sites clean, and coordinate with you to minimize disruption. For larger whole-home renovations we'll talk through whether temporary relocation makes sense.

Do you help with design and material selections?

Absolutely. We can work with your designer or guide you through cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, and lighting selections so the final result is cohesive and on budget.

What does a remodel cost?

Pricing depends heavily on size, layout changes, and finish level. After a walkthrough we provide a transparent budget so you know what to expect before any work begins.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Pantelleria Construction Services is a licensed Michigan Residential Builder and is fully insured.
