Farmhouse Makeover

This home renovation involved adding a second floor as well as additional living space to the main floor. The original house was built in the early 1900’s and was in desperate need of modernization, additional space and general updating. The exterior features LP SmartSiding and trim, a metal roof, composite deck and stone chimney. The new interior layout allowed for a large Isokern fireplace and hardwood flooring – creating a great family space to gather in. Custom kitchen cabinetry, a custom staircase and handrail along with custom trim details and finishes round out this home, giving the owners a quality built, highly designed home to enjoy for years to come.
