Due to zoning restrictions, this remodel was completed by tearing down the existing home to the foundation and building back up. It features LP SmartSide trim & siding, composite decking and a custom stainless steel handrail. Our team partnered with the design team to build this custom home that takes advantage of the beautiful views of Lake Michigan.
